Refund & Returns Policy for Digital Products

1. Digital Products Overview

DataViz Explorer offers downloadable digital products, including:

  • Tutorials & Video tutorials

  • Templates

  • Podcasts (Digital Audio/Digitial Video Audio)

  • Courses and Mini-Courses

  • Blogs and Newsletters

  • Study Resources

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances (see Section 2).

2. Refund Eligibility

A. Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties preventing access to the product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a suitable alternative.

  • Reason for refund/exchange

 

B. For Customers Without A DataViz Explorer Account: Provide your order information manually via:

1. Refund Eligibility Check: We verify that the product has not been downloaded, used, or customized. Only eligible products can be refunded or exchanged.

 

2. Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds are processed via PayPal or your original payment method. Customers do not go to PayPal to request a refund.

Q. How will I know if a product has been downloaded?

 

A. On DataViz Explorer, all downloadable products are tracked via your order. You can check the status of your download in your order details on our site. WooCommerce logs each download, including the number of times it has been accessed and the date/time.

 


Important! 💡: Refunds or exchanges are only available for products that have not been downloaded. Once a download has been completed, the product is considered “used” and is not eligible for a refund.
