DataViz Explorer is a Barbadian small business that is strictly an online platform helping learners (specifically beginners) to improve their skills by providing access to:

There is no physical onsite facility that allows for in-person training. Our EdTech hub is strictly an e-learning platform. All users need is access to a reliable internet connection and electronic/mobile devises. DataViz Explorer does NOT supply these.

Are the online resources free? โ–ถ
Yes! Many of the templates, guides, tutorials, digital audio/video (podcasts), video tutorials and datasets we share are free and accessible to everyone.
How can I stay updated? โ–ถ
You can subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates, tips, special offers, deals, project access and free resources directly to your inbox.
What payment options do you accept? โ–ถ
We accept secure payments with major credit/debit cards like Visa Credit Cards & Visa Debit Cards, MasterCards, PayPal, and Digital Wallets or eWallets. Unfortunately, secure online transfers like wire transfers, American Express and PayLater are NOT accepted. All payments are processed through trusted gateways to ensure your security.

Since our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final. However, if you experience an issue (e.g., corrupted file, duplicate order), please contact us and we will work to resolve it. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy under Terms and Conditions.
Why are prices shown in BDS$ but also converted to other currencies? โ–ถ
Our storeโ€™s default currency is BDS$ (Barbados Dollar). For your convenience, prices may also be displayed in other major currencies using real-time conversion rates.

Please note that your payment will always be processed in BDS$, and the final amount charged in your local currency may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges? โ–ถ
Yes! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of your order, provided the product has not been downloaded, used, or customized.

Refund requests are initiated directly on our site via our contact form or support system โ€” customers do not go to PayPal to request it. Once we approve the refund, it is processed through PayPal or your original payment method.

Additionally, for eligible purchases, PayPal offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for extra peace of mind.

How do I register and log in to My Account? โ–ถ

To access your account on DataViz Explorer, follow these steps:

  1. Click on โ€œMy Account/Loginโ€ at the top of the page.
  2. If you donโ€™t have an account yet, click โ€œRegisterโ€ and fill in your details.
  3. If you already have an account, enter your registered email and password, then click โ€œLoginโ€.
  4. Once logged in, you can access your downloadable products, orders, and account settings.
  5. If you encounter any issues, contact our support team or use the Help/Support chat.

Following these steps ensures you can easily manage your purchases and access all resources on our site.

How do I reset my password or recover my account? โ–ถ

If youโ€™ve forgotten your password or need to recover your account, follow these steps:

  1. Go to โ€œMy Account/Loginโ€ at the top of the page.
  2. Click on โ€œLost your password?โ€.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  4. Check your email inbox for a password reset link.
  5. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password.
  6. Return to the Login page and sign in with your new password.

How do I download a product after logging in? โ–ถ

After logging in to your account on DataViz Explorer, follow these steps to download your products:

  1. Navigate to โ€œMy Accountโ€ at the top of the page.
  2. Click on Orders to see a list of your purchased or accessible products.
  3. Find the product you want to download and click the Download button next to it.
  4. The product will begin downloading to your device.
  5. For multiple downloads or re-downloads, repeat the steps above. WooCommerce tracks your downloads automatically.

If you encounter any issues downloading a product, please contact our support team via the Help/Support chat.

How will I know if a product has been downloaded? โ–ถ

On DataViz Explorer, all downloadable products are tracked via your order. You can check the status of your download in your order details on our site.

WooCommerce logs each download, including the number of times it has been accessed and the date/time.

Important: Refunds or exchanges are only available for products that have not been downloaded. Once a download has been completed, the product is considered โ€œusedโ€ and is not eligible for a refund.
