Yes! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within *14 days* of your order, provided the product has not been downloaded, used, modified or customized. Once downloaded, the product has been considered ‘used’.
Refund requests are initiated directly on our site via our contact form or support system โ customers should NOT go to PayPal to request it. We (DataViz Explorer) will start the refund process once we approve the refund, where it is processed through PayPal OR your original payment method.
